Hi! I’m Steve Valiquette, CEO and founder of Datrys Technologies. Back in 2002, I started my company with one product and a dream. The product was DT-Folio, a web-based Digital Asset Management system that I designed.

I'm passionate about DT-Folio and Digital Asset Management. Earlier in my career, I ran an advertising agency. That experience, combined with the manual processes I developed while running the agency, were the foundation for DT-Folio. I designed it to be powerful, yet easy to use. My software was up against the industry leaders - and often won!

I continued to develop the software, but the way I aquired customers remained difficult. Ours was a small company. There was no way I could continue selling DT-Folio in a very personal, one-on-one fashion that my competitors do. I was getting discouraged. I had to think of something different. I keep thinking of other ways to basically do the same thing. But then I thought about how no one has tried to mass-market DAM software the way some other services are marketed.
