How EZ-DAM works...

First, users log into your unique domain address for your exclusive version of EZ-DAM.

Branding. Your site can be branded with your own logo using our startup wizard.

Security. EZ-DAM allows you to create User Groups with unique access rights. When the User logs on, they see only the assets you want them to see.

Setup. Your initial setup is done through a wizard. Modifications later are done through tools available on the menu.

Easy for the User. For users, EZ-DAM is incredibly simple. All a User needs to do is:

• search for an Asset
• Add the asset to their "cart"
• Download the Assets from the Cart.

EZ-DAM controls for the Administrator are straightforward. The menu is organized by sections. There is a complete Administrator's manual provided.

Web-based. This allows you and other designated users to access EZ-DAM from a web browser anywhere in the world. Of course, keep in mind that EZ-DAM uses a username/password security to gain access. We encourage you and your users to use strong passwords. Also, Users cannot signup and gain access until YOU approve them.
