The first question you might have is –
what is digital asset management?

Digital assets are files that are stored on a computer. These can be any type of files: documents, images, audio, video, CAD, brochures – anything! Managing these assets involves putting them into a central repository where the access can be controlled and secured. This is the heart of Digital Asset Management. EZ-DAM, Like some other high-end systems add other features that make the management easier and more thorough.

EZ-DAM is, well, very easy to use. We have revolutionized the DAM industry by allowing customers to "pay and go" for a full-featured, enterprise-class, hosted web-based solution. Let’s explain some of those elements.

Web-based. This allows you and other designated users to access EZ-DAM from a web browser anywhere in the world. Of course, keep in mind that EZ-DAM uses secured logon security to control access. We encourage you and your users to use strong passwords. Also, Users cannot signup and gain access until YOU approve them.

Hosted Application. This means that EZ-DAM is hosted on our sate-of-the-art servers in a Class A secure datacenter. The additional benefit of managing your assets this way is that they are now in a secure offsite location. It's creating an additional benefit by providing an offsite backup and disaster recovery solution!

EZ to use We have created an application that is easy to use. For your Users, they log in, search for assets and download them. Nothing could be EZ-er! For you, the Administrator, we have setup wizards that help you get your EZ-DAM setup and ready to go -- immediately!

EZ to afford Full-featured Enterprised-class Digital Asset Management solutions are, well, really expensive! Ask for a quote from Media Bin, Artesia or North Plains. After you’ve gone through the sales process, gathering of requirements, etc, etc, you’ll find that you better be budgeting many 100’s of thousands of dollars! They’d like you to think it’s for all that state-of-the-art development, but what about all of those marketing and sales costs? That must take up a big chunk.

EZ-DAM is different. Your salesperson is this website. And look a the prices for the plan and options – a fraction of our competition’s prices! Oh, don’t worry. Your not getting some “lite” version. This is the very same application that WE used to sell for over $100,000, too. We just got rid of the sales department.

Tech Support There’s no fee for tech support. We offer unlimited email tech support. We might want to also mention that our tech support is US-based. We do not however, offer phone support. But, if it’s a really niggly problem, we might call YOU up and help you resolve it over the phone. The email support works really well. We find that we can answer you questions quickly and still stay alive in Halo 3! Can’t do that while you’re on the phone!

Upgrades Hello? It's a 100% hosted web-based solution. All of the maintenance and feature upgrades are included.

How much is it to add a User? Your low monthly fee includes everything. Within your designated amount of storage space, you get unlimited number of assets and Users. Hey, we called it EZ-DAM for a reason!
